No confirmation email

I started a new internet service plan a few hours ago with priority shipping of new equipment. After I seemed to have successfully filled out everything, I expected a confirmation page but it just brought me to some kind of homepage (i.e., website is glitchy). I also have yet to receive a confirmation email of any kind (checked spam folder too). Did my start up of the internet service plan go through? Can I still expect my new equipment in 1-2 days?

We appreciate you starting a new plan with us and are sorry to hear that you didn't receive your confirmation email, that would make me worried as well! We'd be happy to take a look to see if the order went through along with the shipping for the new equipment. 

 

To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account including any applicable unit or apartment numbers? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
