No Confirmation Email Received

I am a new customer and submitted an order earlier today for internet service (In-store pickup). After I had placed my order, it said it would email me regarding my order, I have not gotten an email. I also do not know if my orders been placed or not as I cannot check the status due to the site giving me errors.
