@user_369b4f I’m sorry to hear you didn't receive that email. Have you checked all your email accounts as well as the junk folder? Our Xfinity App is a great resource for appointment confirmations. Any scheduled appointments including service visits, installations, maintenance and more!
If you're signed up for our text alerts you can text APPT to 266278 and those details will be sent to you.
