No confirmation email after upgrading equipment online
Hi,
I just tried to upgrade my internet service through the Xfinity website since I got an email saying it was time to upgrade my equipment. I went through the entire process of selecting my internet speed and equipment rental. I got to the last screen and selected Complete Order after agreeing to the terms and conditions. The website then changed to the home page for the Xfinity website. I have yet to recieve a confirmation email. I want to make sure my order went through before I try to attempt the order again.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
