No Confirmation Email After Purchase

I've purchased a plan for xfinity internet and was charged. I selected location to pick up modem but was told I had not made any purchases

Are you able to sign in to your new account?  If so, the confirmation email may be at your new email address with Comcast [@comcast.net].
