No confirmation email after ordering internet plan change with cable modem and TV boxes
After changing my xfinity plan online I was asked to change my equipment. After renting the TV boxes and the compatable modem I was sent to a order is being processed page with an order number imforming me that I would recive an email once it's finished processing. No email was sent several hours after the purchace. Is this normal? because I want to know if the order went through and when I will recive my equipment.
