No confirmation and unable to login

I just applied to have Xfinity installed. I never received an email to confirm the install and every time I login, it says it can't load the page.

When you create a new account online, it can take up to 24 hours for the order to be processed, but you should receive a confirmation email within a few hours from order creation. To look into this a little further, please send us a Private Chat Message, and we'll be glad to help!


Here's the detailed steps to send a Private Chat Message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Private Chat Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message.
