No Coaxial outlet, need installation and would like the "free first installation" offer by Xfinity to enable wifi

Hi,

We recently got Xfinity for our home but there are unfortunately no coaxial outlets present within the apartment (only ethernet outlets). There is an old Verizon ONT, so I presume that's the reason why. Thinking of switching to verizon instead if xfinity can't come (Free of cost, since I heard first time customer installation is free) and enable a coaxial cable connection/outlet to make the xfinity gateway/wifi device work in our home. Please advise.

Hi,

I have reached out through direct message, thank you. Hoping xfinity can come to install without cost so I can avoid having to switch to verizon to use the existing Verizon ONT installation.
