No Coaxial Outlet in Room
Hi, I was mailed Xfinity devices which require a Coax outlet to work. Unfortunately, my room doesn't seem to have a Coax outlet. What should I do?
Thanks!

Thanks for connecting with us here in our community about the trouble with your new devices, @user_s4uhyc. Sorry you are having trouble connecting them. You have the right team for help on this. If you are referring to Xfinity cable boxes, you may have the option to swap them out for wireless devices. We would have to check to make sure. If we may, please send us a Direct Message with your full name and address. We look forward to your message.
To start a Direct Message: Click "Sign in" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

Coaxial Outlet that should be in the living room area is in a bedroom. No coaxial outlets in my room or living room. Am I stranded?
