no coax wall outlet

There is a box in my new apartment with a gateway modem already there but no coaxial wall outlet anywhere to plug it into. I've looked everywhere. How do I get it to work with no coax?

Looking over the images you sent via direct message, it looks like we have fiber equipment in there, along with the Gateway (this would also explain why coaxial isn't being utilized). To confirm, are you unable to activate your service with the Xfinity App, using the modem details on that outward facing label?

Yes, I am not able to activate on the Xfinity app - it says I have no internet services.
