No Coax Outlet

Hello I live in an apartment complex, and need a coax outlet as my current apartment doesn't support or have one.  My property manager gave me an improvement form for the contractor to fill out for approval.  Does xfinity do the contract work themselves to install outlet or do i need to find a 3rd party?
