no coax outlet in new appartment

Hi, I don't think I have an outlet in the new apartment that I moved into. How should I reach out to Xfinity?

Thank you for contacting us on the forums, @user_b4ff95! We can definitely help you out with this. Have you spoken to your landlord/management about this issue? I only ask because we don't do any kind of wall phishing, and if any drilling needs to be done we need their permission. The first step would be to contact them about getting the apartment ready for a connection. Do you have any questions about how that will go?

@XfinityTimothy​ The landlord cleared the confusion. Apparently, there already is a coax cable, and we got it to work. Thank you.
