No coax cable

I do not have a coax cable to activate my gateway or address my streaming cable service. Will a technician be able to assist me with this so I am able to access the services I am currently paying for?

@user_1458da We appreciate you reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We can send a technician out, however there would be a charge for that service. You can also go into your local service center to pick up a coaxial cable, or most stores like Best Buy or Walmart will have them available for purchase relatively cheap. I think the last one I purchased was about $5-$10 dollars depending on the length you are getting.
