No Coax Cable Plug in home but can't solve it the normal way

I ordered the xfinity wifi box and I realized I dont have a coaxial cable outlet in my duplex. I've seen on other forums that Xfinity often will send a technician to install one inside a house or apartment,  but my landlord is strict and insists that any wifi be installed with a preexisting cable in the outside yard area of the duplex. No new outlets or cables can be run into the duplex. What should I do?

Almost every company will need a coax cable @Crawfish214 By chance have you asked the landlord where the coa cables are located within the home that you can use? Are there outlets that are covered with a flat plate? When I moved into my apartment that is where I found the coax cables.

There is a cable box on the outside of the house, my landlord showed me, but there is no access to it from inside the house

We would need to install an indoor access point which would mean drilling into the wall. Without the permission of the owner of the property we would not be able to complete this step. @Crawfish214

Okay, good to know, thanks. Does Xfinity have a cellular home internet plan?

We have a mobile department but not mobile internet. I totally get how this is not the best answer or the most desirable and I am really sorry @Crawfish214
