No coax cable outlet

I have my router and everything for self installation but my apartment has no coax cable outlet. Do I return everything and get another internet service?

If we have never serviced your apartment we may need to set up a professional installation. I would gladly assist you further with this. Please send us a direct message with your full name and address to get started.

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

 

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.

 

      Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.

 

  • Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

 

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

  • Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
