No Coax Cable (Older Building)
To whom it may concern,
I just moved into a new place, before doing so checked the better wifi providers in the area.
I previously had At&t but they didn’t offer the greatest internet speeds at the new address. Unfortunately I cannot connect my xfinity device to a coaxial cable since there doesn’t appear to be one, only an old at&t broadband port. Do I need to trade in the product I have ?
Or is it possible to have a technician come in and help? Thanks!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
