No cards being accepted.

2 debit cards that draw from the same bank account are being declined. Autopay was not going thru. Another card we tried was also declined, from a different bank. So this leads us to believe it's not a bank issue. Cannot call xfiniti directly due to service suspension or even to call my bank. What do i do? Going to go physically into a store tomorrow.

Thank you for posting on our community forums, Soulless_Senpai. I'm sorry to hear about the card payment options not working on your end. Have you reached out to your bank to see why it was declined? Or tried to use the bank account instead? You can also visit us at the nearest service center if you need to make a payment in the meantime.

I’m having the same issue. Worked last month. Card doesn’t expire until 2030. It’s definitely an Xfinity issue
