No Cable or Ethernet

I’m trying to setup my WiFi router, but there’s no cable or Ethernet connection. Can I just plug in the power for it to work?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_iysd8x Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Our services come through coaxial outlets, so there should be an outlet available to connect to. If not, we can look into the address and schedule a technician to assist with installing an outlet. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.
