Hello, @user_z691l5 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums and creating a post. Working from home myself, I understand how important it is to have service working properly. From experience when service is interrupted it usually reported either on the Xfinity App or through the Xfinity Status Center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status . When updates become available for restoration ETA they are provided there. 

- Have you checked the App or status center to see if there is a reported ETA for service restoration?
