From experience when service is interrupted it usually reported either on the Xfinity App or through the Xfinity Status Center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status . When updates become available for restoration ETA they are provided there.
- Have you checked the App or status center to see if there is a reported ETA for service restoration?
