no bandwidth usage monitoring inquiry (data cap)

when do you think we will have another episode of no bandwidth usage monitoring? i remember in june comcast offered free bandwidth with no data cap for a limited time. that helped my video creating ventures. i create videos alongside my mom for my uncles work. and sometimes keep a keen eye on the data cap, making sure it doesnt go over the threshold. ironically since i dont check the emails sent in this acct often, i almost missed out the offer and had only 2 hrs to download videos.
