No Amazon Gift card as promised after 32 weeks!

I signed the internet contract on April 25, 2025 with $120 Amazon gift card and was told I can expect to receive by email in 12 weeks.

After 12 weeks, I was told Xfinity was processing the gift card and need a little more time.

It's been 32 weeks, I still haven't received gift card.  But now the agent started to tell me a different story (or excuse?)

The agent said he can see the $120 Amazon gift card "unlocked" in my account, but there's no way he or his supervisor can't unlock it.

Instead, the agent told me to the store and they can help me with it.

When I go to Xfinity store, they don't know what I'm talking about and said since the contract and promotion was sign directly with online agent, I should check with them.  They are store, there's nothing they can do. 

Xfinity had this promotion but didn't honor it.  I've saw many people complain about not receiving gift card.

Online agent just push me to the physical store, and the sales person in the store push me back to online service.
