No Amazon Gift card after 120 days

I signed up on March 20, 2025 for home internet on the 2GB plan that included the promo of a $200 Gift Card after 90 days of on time payments. As I was going through the order with the agent on the phone, I got confirmation from them that the $200 Amazon gift card did apply and they said I should receive it by early July. My internet was activated on March 26, 2025 (120 days ago today) and I have paid my bill EARLY every month since and am about to pay my next bill due on August 13, 2025, now. What is up? Where is my card?

P.S. - why do you auto respond to every request on these forums with howto send a PM to you instead of chatting the solution on the forums BUT when I just did send it, I got an automated response back warning about "unsolicited messages are a violation blah blah blah..." and to make a post on the forums... so we can then make a private conversation. For such great internet, you have the absolute worse customer service I have ever dealt with and that comes from someone who has worked in call centers doing it and supervised. You are worse than Spectrum's and that is saying A LOT! I am not coming from some "privileged" stance here but rather exposing your obvious gaslighting to problems into deferment. That is absolutely ridiculous and I got GREAT help when signing up and had a much higher opinion of you. But, then to tell me to make a public post so we can make a private conversation in a private conversation is completely out to lunch. But, your service is great, I will say that.

Hello @SiriusProcyon, and thanks for reaching out to us for assistance today with you card concern. Great question about why we request you reach out in public first, and this is a great example. You may not need to go to DM if any of the steps before needing account information is required can get you the help needed, and others with the same request can see steps taken without needing to reach out after reading. This can help both you and others quicker in the future if this is all that is needed. In your case, have you checked for the card in our status tracker at this time to see if it shows any expected date of arrival for the card? You can check that for the status here if you are unaware how to do so https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track.

@XfinityEricB I appreciate your response and the link you provided. However, that link is for Cable accounts and when entering my home internet acct #, of course - it is not found. Ye Olde Shell Game.... I said in my message above, I signed up for the 2GB internet package, no cable account was mentioned :D This is what my last paragraph was about - it is astonishing. I have never encountered anything like it. Please, read my post, Eric.

@SiriusProcyon The link is part of our Xfinity Rewards program and will locate any promotions associated with your account. Although it references cable accounts, it is designed to search across all account types.

I understand the wording in the message you received may be misleading. It’s not indicating that your account couldn’t be found—it’s saying there’s no reward currently associated with it. I’ve shared your feedback with our leadership team so we can work on improving the link and its messaging.

I’d like to further investigate the Amazon gift card reward for you. Let’s continue our conversation via DM.
