No actual humans you can talk to, completely unhelpful

If you call customer service you will get NO WHERE. It doesnt give you the option to speak to a human, it just gives AI prompts that dont help so they can send some stupid link that won't work either. This company y is absolute trash for customer service. If you go to a store they tell you to go online and they cant help you. Absolutely useless internet provider. Companies need to remember we are the reason you have this business and if you can offer the most basic of customer service than you shouldn't be in business. You purposely design things this way so people get so frustrated they cant change their plan or adjust anything with their account. Maybe try hiring humans instead of getting your company to implement useless AI
