No Active cable outlet
Hi, I recently received my gateway device. As I was trying to activate it, I found that I do not have an active outlet to plug in the coax cable. I called my leasing office to see if they could help but they stated that I would need to call my internet providers so they can come and install it. How should I go about to request this?
