No access to my email for 3 weeks

I have not had access to my xfinity/comcast email since the morning of 11/17/25. When I try to get someone to help, the online service doesn't do much to help me. It is so FRUSTRATING that I can't access my emails and I know for a fact the emails are "waiting" for me to have access to the email. It is the most frustrating situation I have ever been in. Online support is a JOKE. I deleted many emails to get my folders down and I have 5% capacity yet no access to my account. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

My email address is:    [Edited: "Personal Information"]. 

I have had this email address for 30 years and this is the first major time I can't get it. It makes me ANGRY, FRUSTRATED, and any other emotional things . This is SO DUMB and I am at a lost for things to do to reactivate my email address. Even talking "online" to someone does not help I can only imagine the number of emails that I have not looked at for 3 weeks. 

I am just so ANGRY!! And FRUSTRATED due to being so disrepected

jafroemm Thank you for reaching out to us here to let us know about the issue you are experiencing with your Xfinity email address. Are you using the Xfinity site to access your email or are you using a 3rd party app such as Outlook?
