No access to my email for 3 weeks
I have not had access to my xfinity/comcast email since the morning of 11/17/25. When I try to get someone to help, the online service doesn't do much to help me. It is so FRUSTRATING that I can't access my emails and I know for a fact the emails are "waiting" for me to have access to the email. It is the most frustrating situation I have ever been in. Online support is a JOKE. I deleted many emails to get my folders down and I have 5% capacity yet no access to my account. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

I have had this email address for 30 years and this is the first major time I can't get it. It makes me ANGRY, FRUSTRATED, and any other emotional things . This is SO DUMB and I am at a lost for things to do to reactivate my email address. Even talking "online" to someone does not help I can only imagine the number of emails that I have not looked at for 3 weeks.
I am just so ANGRY!! And FRUSTRATED due to being so disrepected
