No Access to Internet Devices

I have Xfinity internet, but it does not show up in the app at all. I have no way of accessing the router to do anything and when I contact the support bot it says I do not have an Internet service package (even though I very much do).

user_cjj5fv Thanks for reaching out to us about the internet service in the app not showing up. We can certainly help with getting this fixed. To confirm, does the account you see when you log into the app show the correct address, and have you had service in the past at this address using the same login ID? It might be something simple like the login is pulling old account information.

@XfinityEricB​ So it shows my mobile lines, but in the account settings it's listing the plan under an old address rather than the new one I switched service to

user_cjj5fv Just need to link the login to the new account which should fix everything. This link walks you through how to link and unlink logins from accounts https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. Once linked to the new account you should see services and the equipment as well.
