No access to gateway
Could access my gateway via 10.0.0.1. Now I get a message that I must access through the Xfinity app. The app does not show my gateway. I tried to add it (scan the QR code) but still nothing. Can you change something so I can access directly or via the app please?

Hi there, @user_786q9o! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the admin tool. This link shows how to turn that option on in the Xfinity app, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/admin-tool-access. Once the option is enabled in the Xfinity app you can access it through 10.0.0.1. Let's take a look at your account so we can find out why you are not seeing the modem.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
