No access to community wifi

I’ve tried talking with my leasing office and customer support over the phone, even dealt with xfinity’s [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] AI bot that is in fact useless beyond belief.

I’ve been without access to my wifi for a little of 6 days now with no follow up from xfinity or my apartment complex. I’ve had Xfinity customer support note my address is wrong, I let my office know what I think their problem is and they told me they themselves are waiting on a support ticket from xfinity.
My best guess is when my old roommate moved out last month they accidentally deleted my service account under their community panel. Except when I try and log in using an old community invite link my address doesn’t work and I can’t login and get the new information.

When I tried a completely different address under the same room number in a different building I was able to login and get old passwords that don’t work on the communal wide wifi network. The guest wifi doesn’t even function either.

I don’t even get the invite to the community on my email, as stated earlier I had to find an old link from last year that still functions.

I tried everything on my end that I have access to and I don’t know if I’m being impatient or not.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @user_vubs2i! I appreciate the details you've included in your post, and I'd be happy to take a closer look at things to see what our Digital Care Team can do to help :) Could you please send our team a direct message to continue?

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question. Thank you!
