No Ability to Contact Customer Service - Customer Service is a Joke
We had a technician appointment scheduled today. Xfinity texted saying the tech was at our house. It wasn't true. Our street name is similar to one that is block away, but no house on that street has the same number as ours. GPS clearly identifies where our house is.
I tried to contact Xfinity support to get a message to the tech. There is no such thing as Xfinity support. There is Xfinity support prevention. I repeatedly asked for an agent on the phone line. But support is "specialized". When you give an option, you're routed into a doom loop of limited options that prevent talking with a living being.
So, the technician let Xfinity no we weren't home despite not coming to our home. This then cancelled our appointment. Why do we pay this company to abuse us like this.

Hello @jlm35 thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. Sorry to hear of the poor experience with today's technician visit, and would like to investigate further. Working from home myself, I know how important it is to have service working properly, so understand the frustration of the missed appointment. Since I'll need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
