Nightmare

On 7/16 Xfinity disconnected my service mistakenly at my beach rental.
They are unable to tell me why someone came out and disconnected my WiFi and cable.
My account is auto pay and has always been in good standing.
when speaking with an agent they said next available appointment to be restored was 5 days out.
I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor escalated the service call and got me an appointment the following day 7/17 10am -12.
7/17 No show no call.
Xfinity won't tell me why no one showed up but next available appointment is 7/20 2-4.

I have to pay out of pocket to my guests for the inconvenience and I missed work waiting for a technician that never showed. This is the most ridiculous situation almost unbelievable it's so poor.

Obviously such a poor response to a mistake they made I have already reached out to another provider for both my home and rental.
