Nightmare
Xfinity customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I spent an hour on the phone Monday and just spent another hour and a half today. The first representative I spoke with wasn’t able to help and didn’t seem to understand the issue. After being placed on hold again, I was transferred to someone else who began trying to sell me Xfinity Mobile instead of addressing my problem.
I explained that my company already pays for my cell phone, but he continued insisting he could “fix it” if I waited. At that point, it felt like no one was actually listening to the issue I called about.
I’m now contacting Verizon and, with any luck, will be switching. It’s unbelievable that after spending so much on services, getting basic customer support is this difficult.
