Nightly Outages

Hi - We have experienced a nightly outage for the past month - it seems unfair that we continue to pay the rate we do for the product that we are receiving. I would like someone to contact me to discuss options.

@user_moqm15 Thanks for reaching out! You can always check the status of service interruptions in the Xfinity app, or the Xfinity Status center. You can also check to see if you're eligible for a credit to your account. 

 

To see if you are eligible for a credit from a recent service interruption:
*Navigate to the Xfinity Support page
*Scroll down to map and credit
*Click Check credit eligibility
