@user_yhldgt Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Comcast pays programmers to bring customers the entertainment, information, and sports they want. Comcast works to negotiate fair terms to ensure the greatest value for customers given all the ways content can be accessed today. So far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work towards making this programming available again with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers.
At this time there are no credits or discounts we can offer, if a new agreement with Disney/ESPN, the owners of NFL Network and NFL RedZone, isn’t reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated.
