Newsletters Subscribed to Not Being Received
Newsletters that I'm subscribed to will stop being delivered to my mailbox. It has happened with at least 3 different organizations multiple times. At first it was with the Washington Post and their advice was to contact Comcast, which I did. (Even thought that is usually difficult to get to an actual person) The Comcast agent assured me that it was nothing to do on their end. So when it periodically kept happening, I was getting angry with WAPO. Now it seems my anger was misplaced b/c it has happened with two other organizations. The common link here is XFINITY. A representative from one of the organizations looked into it and said that, "Sometimes Comcast's spam filters will "flare up" and unsubscribe people without their knowledge." As I read through the email thread I see that this is a problem with others with Xfinity email. I just realized today that AGAIN, I AM NOT RECEIVING NEWSLETTERS from one of the above mentioned organizations. WHO CAN HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM?

Hello @PAStack, thanks for reaching out for help with your email.
If you have already checked your spam filters and or junk folder, to ensure the emails are not being misplaced, we do have a team that can ensure there are no blocks on your Xfinity email. If you haven't already, my recommendation would be to contact our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team. This team of experts can be reached 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week by calling 1-888-565-4329.
