Newly created account isn’t working, need verification of service at service site by tomorrow morning

Our login credential for xfinity are not working and there appear be errors with the account login information.  Also, we’re having a delivery of equipment at our account service site that will need to use the internet tomorrow morning at 9:30.  To complicate things, The house is apparently at a cellular dead spot and I cannot receive or send mobile calls.  Please let me know by text or email if you can help.  [Edited: "Personal Information"]  Can you please contact me as soon as possible with support?  Thank you.

You will also want to download the Xfinity App to manage your account, and this will be tremendously useful when activating your modem. If you're still unable to log into your account, please let us know.
