New Xfinity modem, replacing same one that no longer allowed accessed to internet
After some difficulty (several re-starts by Xfinity to get internet back), modem restored internet service but not Xfinity house phone service (no dial tone; calling self from mobile prompts leaving message, but can't access message on house phone).

Oh no! I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the new modem. Did you by any chance make any modifications to your Xfinity Voice plan?
