New Xfinity Insights Community Portal
Does anyone else hate this new site?
They took what used to be a clear and cohesive platform and ripped it apart and ruined it. I was never confused, I could always see important info right in front of me. We used to be able to log in to Xfinity Insights and immediately see if we had any available activities, completed activities, how many points those activities were, polls, how many points we had, etc. Now, there's a GIANT header that you have to scroll down from to even begin to see anything. I feel like I go around in circles trying to navigate this site.
There was a survey under Latest Activities. I clicked on it, spent at least 15 minutes going through it and it abruptly ended and landed me back on the home page. Previously, it would have shown the info as I noted. Now there's nothing. It just says, "No activities are available at the moment." I have no idea if the survey was actually completed or if it failed or how many points it was.
And now you have to go to ANOTHER site and log in AGAIN, and verify your login EVERY TIME, just to see your points and rewards.
I couldn't find a way to comment in the portal (there is no chat bubble on anything anymore). Are you actually CLOSING posts so they can't be commented on after a certain time? So you're only allowing users to comment when YOU want them to? Are we only supposed to be allowed to provide feedback and have discussions under your "control" on your timeline? You haven't posted anything new since August 20, 2026, so clearly there's not much "engagement" on your side.
There should be a "home" post. Where are new users supposed to go to ask questions or existing users to comment or question on things that may not apply on one of your new posts? Either the Welcome to the Xfinity Insights Community! or the Member Hub Guide post should ALWAYS be open and you should monitor it for updated comments.
Why do companies change things just for change sake, instead of making something actually better or just leaving it alone? This site is so hard to figure out and navigate. Did you even do ANY UI/UX testing?
ZERO help. ZERO contact info. ON EITHER SITE! This site is HORRIBLE. I HATE this.

I too find the new site pretty frustrating and low quality. Just looks so unprofessional. The original site had its flaws, but they went totally backwards on the revamp. I took two surveys worth 40 points total and have yet to receive the points. Before I could see them instantly after completion on the portal. Now I have to login elsewhere and nothing is posting even after a week. I emailed Xfinity Insights Community Support and here is their response:
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting support.
Please know that it is indicated in the survey invite that survey points will be awarded once the activity is officially closed for all members.
If the survey you're referring to has been completed more than a month ago and you still haven't received any points, please forward the actual survey invite so that we can double check on our end.
Let us know if you have questions.
Best regards,
Xfinity Insights Community"
Worse thing is I have no idea when these surveys are going to close and I no longer have the original invite emails. Plus, you now need to accumulate 50 points before actually purchasing anything worthwhile. At least before I could redeem to the dollar level like for Amazon. The rate they are sending out surveys (like two since inception) and the point values does not match what you get in return either.
So far not impressed at all with the makeover. Not sure it is worth my time anymore to do these and not even know if I will get credit.
