New Xfinity Gateway modem shipping
I just ordered the new Xfinity Gateway Modem. It says it will be shipped to my SERVICE address which I do not receive mail at that address. The modem needs to be shipped to my mailing address which is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Shipping to the street address will only get it returned to sender.

Hello @user_n0giev, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I completely understand your concern. That would be frustrating to have the modem sent somewhere you don’t receive mail, especially knowing it could be returned to the sender. A getting-started kit can be shipped to an alternate address, but this option is limited. The request must be made within 30 minutes after a standard shipping order or 15 minutes after a priority shipping order. Also, P.O. Boxes cannot be used. Certain regions are excluded from this option. Customers can also use UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager to change delivery details for a fee. When was the order made?

It was ordered this morning, maybe an hour ago, 8:30am CDT. I guess I won't get the modem!!! If it is shipped by UPS or FedEx I probably will get it. But if it is shipped USPS I won't.
