New Xfinity customer / paid first bill 10 days ago

WHY? WHY? NEW CUSTOMER PAID FIRST BILL 10 DAYS AGO!! 65.00 MORE THAN DISH _ (8 YR CUSTOMER) SINCE IVE HAD INSTALLED TV/ INTERNET OUT ALL THE TIME! THIS TIME 3 1/2 HRS SO FAR...AND IM PAYING MORE AND SEEING ALOTTT LESS !!!!
