New xFi complete addon charge, need to remove

I have the 29.99 per month price that is already up to 59.99 a month on my bill and now I have a new xFi complete charge for $25 more. I need to know how this can be removed to go back to my original bill cycle as paying 85 per month is not feasible for me.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
