New Xcel pole, now no signal from pole to house

Xcel put in new pole about a week ago. Last night I had internet but this morning nothing. Tech says there no signal from the pole now and he obviously can’t climb up to inspect/fix. He reported it this morning. How long for appropriate equipment to come out and fix? Marshdale, Co.
