New WiFi Router delivery

Good morning,

I recently purchased a new WiFi plan and router from Xfinity but have not received a email containing tracking information for the WiFi router. I have that confirmation of purchase email, but that does not contain information about the router. How long does this normally take to be delivered? Thanks!

Hi! We can definitely check on that tracking information for you. Typically you can expect your equipment from Xfinity within 3-5 days or overnight if you chose expedited delivery. With the holidays this may be delayed as well.

•  Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary 
•  Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon) 
•  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
•  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
•  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
•  Press Enter to send it
