New User Order Confirmation

Hopefully this is the right place. I placed an order for internet as a new user and scheduled a delayed delivery for an address I'm going to be moving to. I didn't get any confirmation email and any attempt to sign in bumps me back to the home page without actually doing anything so I cannot access any account services. The mobile app says I'm able to sign in but I cannot use that either as I'm not officially a customer yet. Any help or verification that my order went through would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. Thank you!
