New upload speeds

My account shows I have 200mbps upload but I am still getting only 40mbps. I have the xb7 gateway and have rebooted it several times, nadda. What am I missing?

It was my network switch causing the issue. When bypassed the speeds are correct.

Hello @gtothedwig Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about the trouble with the upload speed. We would love to help out. I know in some areas you have to have xFicomplete for the upgraded upload speeds. Do you have our xFicomplete service? I can check for us as well and look into the gateway to see what is causing the slow upload. Send us a private message with your name and service address.
