New Underground cable line work

Hi. We have been waiting since February 2nd for the new underground cable line. We have not received any updates.

user_nnxjjd We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. Is the cable for new service, or a replacment cable for existing services?

@XfinityMartyR​ It is a new construction home. We do not have internet service because the underground line has not been fixed. It was frozen inside the plastic pipe last month, according to a technician, but he couldn't connect the line to our home.
