New Town, same old comcast
Moved to a new town, and trying to get new account for Comcast internet and cable setup. For whatever reason, their website wont work, wont let me login etc. I think this is the only indicator that I need...

No issues logging in from my neck of the woods. What happens when you try to log in? Do you get an error?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello user_t6ba4l. Thank you for considering bringing Xfinity with you to a new home. Moving can be chaos, and I'm sure this issue is not making things easier. I would love to assist you and help with moving the services over.
Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. I will help out and get the services moved over. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
@EG Thank you for moving the post to the right support area for help!
