New telephone pole

Long story short this is my last resort before we try another company. We have a new telephone pole that needs the Comcast cable run from the old telephone literally just a few houses down.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
