New set top box not connecting to the tv

Just got a new box.  I get a welcome sign and after several minutes it says sorry there seems to be some trouble. I’ve checked all the connections and restarted several times. Does this box need to be reset by Xfinity?

Cable stuck on welcome screen. I have tightened all connections, unplugged box and tv but nothing works. This is a new box because I was having trouble with the old one. I have all new cables and hdmi cable too.
