New services
I had made an appointment for a tech to visit my home for new services. When I requested the visit the agent who made the request put the wrong address ( my neighbors which they already have services with xfinity ) tech went ahead installed services since he said I could definitely have services ( yet on the website shows that my address is unserviceable) tech put the wires, gave me services but he did not change the address, I basically got services with my neighbors address since it’s showing on my xfinity profile. I called the 800 # to try to change to the correct address.. they told me there was a construction job for that specific address for the year 2040 which it makes no sense since the whole street has xfinity services and my house is in between two houses with services and it’s less than 20 feet…
now I have services it’s working but how can I go about the address because I’m pretty sure it’ll be a problem since it’s my neighbors address and they also have services. Also this is not a new construction.. home was built 2024 if not mistaken.. PLEASE HELP ON HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. TY
