New Service

I had new service installed and the wire needs to be buried. It’s been almost 2 months. The wire is still on top of the ground.

They came today and buried the wire but now it’s not attached to the pole! I am about to just call y’all and have the service removed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone needs to call me asap!!!! And I mean now! I am extremely unhappy!
